Glenn vs Campbell - 1756 (May)
Summons to Judith Campbell, Executrix of William Owen, dec'd, William Owen and 
Elizabeth Owen (said Judith Campbell their guardian) in a suit of John Glen and 
Sarah Glen his wife. 27 Nov 1753.

William Owen wrote his will on 20 Oct 1739 and appointed his wife, Judith Owen, 
as Executrix. He died soon afterwards leaving his widow Judith Owen, three born 
children viz John, William and Sarah Owen, and an unborn child. Judith Owen then 
married James Campbell who died intestate. Suit settled on 3 May 1756.
