Spencer vs Spencer v Meacham - 1765 (Apr)
Thomas Spencer and Mary Spencer his wife, the only daughter of John Meacham who 
died in 1763 intestate leaving an only daughter Mary Meacham and an only son John 
Meacham. Shortly afterwards, Thomas Spencer married Mary Meacham and John Meacham 
chose Edward Spencer as his guardian. Jul 1764.
