Pg 431. 7 Oct 1780. Lunsford Daniel and Lydia his wife of Middlesex Co, VA sell 
to Aquippa Dunn of Kings and Queen Co. VA, for £8,000 for a parcel of land in 
the afsd. place, being 100a., being the land and plantation form. of Benjamin 
Daniel, dec'd, of Middlesex Co. afsd, beg. at the mouth of the South Branch of 
the Samuel Daniel Mill pond and then courses to the mill stone valley on the 
main road and then up same to James Kidd's line and then along same to the n. 
fork of the mill run and then down to the beg. Wits: Thomas Turner, John Turner, 
John Dudley. Signed: Lunsford Daniel, Lydia Daniel. Ackn: 23 Oct 1780 - the
