Dunn his wife of the first part and R. T. Thrift of the second part, for $50 land in Middlesex County supposed to be five acres bounded by Robert T. Thrift and the road leading to Wares Bridge. Witness: P. T. Woodward In the clerk's office of Middlesex County Court 25 February 1856. On 4 December 1855 personally appeared before me in my office, Lewis Dunn a party to the writing above bearing date 28 Aug 1855 and acknowledged the same and on the same day Letty J. Dunn wife of said Lewis Dunn appeared and separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged the same according to law, which being thus acknowledged is received for record. Test P. T.
