Indenture made 25 January 1796 between Aggrippa Dunn & Elizabeth his wife of 
Middlesex County of the one part and William Shipley of the county aforesaid of 
the other part, for 110 pounds land in aforesaid county containing by estimation 
110 acres more or less it being the land and plantation formerly the property of 
Benjamin Daniel late of aforesaid county deceased bounded as follows:
Beginning at the mouth of the South branch of Samuel Daniels Millpond up the 
head of said swamp down a line of marked trees to the Millstone Valley thence up 
the road to James Kidds line to the north fork of the Mill Run with all houses, 
Edifices, buildings, orchards, gardens, woods, ways, water courses and all the 
appurtenances.
Witnesses: John Thurston and Robert Ware
Acknowledged and recorded 22 February 1796
