Indenture made 5 May 1807 between Peachy Dunn of Middlesex County and Catharine 
(Caty) his wife of the one part and Philip Williamson of King and Queen County 
of the other part, for 28 pounds 10 shillings land containing 28 1/2 acres in 
the county aforesaid adjoining the lands of Isom Williamson, Peter Taff, John 
Beaman, Lewis Montague and the said Peachy Dunn being part of the land formerly 
Peter Taff's and being land devised by his father Thomas Taff in his will, with 
the revision and revisions, remainder and remainders, rents and profits of the 
premises.
Witnesses: John Thurston, Peter Taff, James Montague, Linsey Clarke and Isom 
Williamson

28 Sep 1807 ordered to be recorded and is truly recorded.
