Indenture made 1 Oct 1811 between Agrippa Dunn and Elizabeth his wife of 
Middlesex County of the one part and William D. Thurston of county and state 
aforesaid of the other part, for 20 dollars land in the county aforesaid 
adjacent to the east side of the main County road, William D. Shacklyford 
corner, the heirs of Henry B. Yates, Henry Mickleborough and said William D. 
Thurston, Segars Swamp, Agrippa Dunns fence, Allen Howards line containing 15 
acres more or less.

23 Mar 1812 ordered to be recorded and is truly recorded.
