Indenture made 1 July 1815 between George Garrett and Richard M. Segar Executors 
of Agrippa Dunn dec'd of the the county of Middlesex of the one part and Richard 
Corbin of King & Queen of the other part, for $1,690 land containing 125 acres 
more or less bounded by the lands of Wm. Montague's heirs, Thomas Montague's 
heirs, Elijah Bird and Mud Creek in Middlesex County together with all 
appurtenances, reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents and 
profits thereof.
Witnesses: Jno. B. Jesse, Hanley Woodward and Z. U. Crittenden

16 July 1815 produced in open court and order that the conveyance be recorded.
