Indenture made 1 Jul 1815 between George Garrett and Richard M. Segar Executors 
of Agrippa Dunn dec'd of the the county of Middlesex of the one part and John 
Parks of the same county of the other part, for $193.72 land containing 58 acres 
more or less bounded by the lands of Wm. B. Shakleford, Wm. D. Thurston and 
Elizabeth Mase in Middlsex County with the appurtenances, reversion and 
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents and profits thereof.
Witnesses: Jno. B. Jesse, Henley Woodward and Z. U. Crittenden.

25 Jan 1819 produced in open court is ordered to be registered.
