Know ye men by these presents that I George Lewis Esquire of Delahay Street 
West Minister County of Middlesex appoint John Williams of Newbern town and 
Richard Spaight Secretary to Governor Dobbs my true and lawful attorneys for 
me in my name. 

Witnesses: Joseph Grispin

The foregoing Power of Attorney was proved in open court by the oath of 
Joseph Grispin evidence thereto and ordered to be rejected. William Powell 
Clerk of Court.
