Middlesex County, VA Record Book Abstracts 1721-1813
Ruth and Sam Sparacio

Indenture made 13 Jan 1797 between William Seagar, Executor of Randolph Segar 
deceased of Middlesex Co of the one part and Agrippa Dunn of the aforesaid 
county of the other part, for 251 pounds one shilling current money of Virginia, 
land in Middlesex County on (? Mud Creek) containing 175 acres bounded by Philip 
Montague's heirs, by land of William Montague, the land formerly belonging to 
Thomas Hatton dec'd, also land now in the possession of Benjamin Kidd, Senr, 
unto the said Agrippa Dunn. 27 Feb 1797 ordered to be recorded.
