All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Guy Potts http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00017.html#0004214 March 5, 2022, 10:41 pm Source: Familysearch.org Written: 1808 Will Book No. 2, 1799-1812 I Walter Dunn now residing in Middlesex County State of Virginia being of weak body but of sound and disposing mind do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills - Imprimis I desire that all my just debts and funeral expences be discharged. 2ndly I give and bequeath to my Father William Dunn of the City of Edinburgh all my estate real and personal in fee simple for ever, namely forty five pounds sterling deposited by me in the hands of Thomas Birch of Brereston Staffordshire in England, also twenty pounds sterling lodged with Mr. Weasherby No 7 Orendon Street London for the purpose of being forwarded to the said Thomas Birch for my use also the sum of five hundred and nine dollars in the hands of Ralph Wormeley esquire of this country acknowledged before the subscribing witnesses to be justly due. 3rdly I hereby desire that my horse bridle and saddle also one of my watches be sold and the proceeds forwarded immediately after my decease as above to my Father above mentioned. But in case my Father should not out live me I hereby charge my Executor to forward the whole of the above named property to my mother Jane Dunn for the use of herself and her children my brother and sisters forever. Item I hereby bequeath as a token of my esteem and friendship to Thomas Larkin his choice of my two watches; and also in consideration of his honesty and integrity do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the said Thomas Larkin sole Executor of this my last will and testament.
