I bequeath my soal to Almighty that gave it and my body I bequeath to the earth to be burryed in such decent manner as my Eecutrx. shall think fit. Item I give and bequeath to my son John Stapleton Two Hundred Acres of Land. Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Stapleton all my whole estate and house hold goods and all belonging thereto. Item I give and bequeath to my son George Stapleton my horse Turk and my Seal Ring. Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Stapleton my Silver Tobacco Cask. Item I give unto my Daughter Anne Stapleton one Silver Tankard.
