Simpson find a ball has entered his left side just before the ribbs and having never been extracted the wound now discharges and as he says frequently has large collections of matter having totally clotted for days at a time. This ___ may be the same and much no doubt disable him in some measure upon labouring hard; the only mode on which he says he can obtain a living--am therefore of opinion that he ought to have some allowance from the publick.
