Montgomery County I do with the advice of the Council, hereby certify that MICHAEL KENSER, late a soldier in the FIRST Virg. Regiment appears to have been disabled in such a manner while in the service of the United States as to entitle him to the sum of eighteen pounds, which allowance is accordingly made him, commencing from the first day of January 1786.
