Teste Charles Taylor ck Agreeable to an order of the worshipful court of Montgomery County Dec Term , to us directed to divide the estate both real and personal whereof Danl. Duckwiler decd deed seized we have proceeded on this the 13th day of Dec 1827, as followeth,viz, Joseph Duckwiler is to have the lower end of the tract called the Owens tract whereon he now lives from the mouth of the branch called the dry run up said run to the back line of said survey as his full part of said survey, viz, as dry run the division line between them also the (?) plantation purchased of John Sessler joining James Sessler fort Lewis tract and John H. Strattons lands and bounded agreeable to the deed John Sessler to Daniel Duck wiler deceased & Negroes (….?), Susannah and her four children, namely, Jacob, Betsy Allen and Sam and a gray mare all the bonds notes executions and the bill of sale agreeable to the paper, No 2, the said Joseph is to have one equal part thereof when collected. Isaac Duckwiler is to have the upper end of the tract called Owens tract down to the dry run and with the sd run from its mouth to the back line as the division as above also all the tract of land lying in Botetourt County joining Henry Snider & David Kinsey as his full part of the land & negroes George Peter & Hannah a gray or roan colt, loom, two ovens, pot and hooks, a scythe and cradle, ax, clevis, wheat fan, and blacksmith tools, bed and furniture and tin box & Also an equal part of all the bonds bill of sale and as listed in the paper No. 2 as above stated when collected and we can also state that this the above division was done by the agreement of the parties interested.
