Will of Samuel Dulaney, 1812 In the name of God, amen, I Samuel Dulaney of Monygomery County Virginia being through the abundant mercy and goodness of God tho weak of body yet of sound and perfect undestanding and memory do constitute this my last will and testament as followeth.in premisses I give to my sone (son) William Dulaney the sum of five shillings. I give to my sone (son) Benjamin Dulaney the sum of five shillings. I give to my sone (son) Daniel Dulaney the sum of five shillings.Likewise to my daughter Sarah Reede (Reed) the sum of five shillings. I give to my daughter Rachel Grimes (Graham) the sum of five shillings each, like money and I give to my daughter Mary Davis five shillings the rest and residue of my goods and cjattels and personal estate, after payment of my debts, legacies and personal expences (expenses) and unto my son Elijah Dulaney, whome (whom) I make my sole executor of this, my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to him and his heirs all and every messuas ??, lands,tenements,whatever and wheresoever, whom I also charge with the payment of my said legacies.
