Mrs. Barcia [sic; Barsha] E. Babb Is Claimed By Death 

  Mrs. Barcia E. Babb, aged 84, wife of the late R.E. Babb, died at her home 
near Holy Neck Sunday morning at 2:30 o'clock after a long illness. 

  She is survived by three daughters, and one son, Mrs. J.W. Russell, of 
Gates, N.C.; Miss Gertie Babb, of Nansemond County; Mrs. B.F. Fowler of 
Southampton county; Harry H. Babb of Nansemond county; three grandchildren, 
a niece and three nephews. 

  Funeral services were conducted this afternoon 3 o'clock at the Holland 
Christian Church conducted by Dr. N.G. Newman, and the Rev. R.E. Brittle. 
Interment was in the Holland cemetery.

D.Cert. 23892 (Holy Neck #28) gives daughter of Abram & Edith JONES; 
   Dr. Job G. HOLLAND stated he attended her 2 Jan - 12 Oct 1930, for 
   chronic nephritis, but the date of death is not given; buried in 
   Holland Cemetery, 27 Oct 1930. 

We previously had Robert & Barsha also listed in Holland Baptist Church 
   Cemetery.  They m. 7 Sep 1871 (Nansemond Co. #66).
