Boyce, beloved wife of John M. Boyce, died at her home near Kings Fork on Tuesday, April 16, after a long illness. She is survived by her husband and three daughters, Mrs. E.L. Luke, Mrs. J.T. Norfleet, and Mrs. Charles Powell, three sons, J.D. Boyce, N.J. Boyce, all of Nansemond county, and T.N. Boyce, of Norfolk, and one sister, Mrs. Maggie E. Boyce, of Elizabeth City. Funeral services will be held at Cypress Chapel Church Thursday at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in the family cemetery.
