Boyce, aged 33 years, died at her home 706 Brooke Ave. this morning at 3:30 o'clock after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband, L.C. Boyce, and two children, Blanche Boyce and Cora Boyce, both of Suffolk. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Spivey of Gates County, one sister, Mrs. E.M. Boyce of Suffolk, and four brothers, Walter, Curtis, Charlie, and Nurney Spivey, all of Gates County, N.C. The funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the residence, 706 Brooke Ave., conducted by the Rev. H.J. Goodwin. Interment will be made in the Cypress Chapel cemetery. ****************************************************************************** FUNERAL OF INFANT The funeral services of little Charles Lee Aswell were held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the grave in Cypress Chapel cemetery, conducted by the Rev. SPIVEY (1863 - 1932) was buried in a family cemetery. Her mother "Christy" Charity Elizabeth "Bettie" Henry B. HOBBS SPIVEY (1868 - 1954) was buried Warwick Swamp Church Cemetery, Chowan Co., NC.
