David Boyett, Jr., yesterday expired at his home, No. 70 Holladay street, after a lingering illness. The funeral will take place this afternoon from the late residence, Dr. W.W. Staley, officiating. ****************************************************************************** From Our Correspondents. Suffolk Letter. David Boyett, who has been confined to his bed for several weeks with consumption, died at No. 70 Holliday [sic; Holladay] street last Wednesday morning in his fifty-third year. He leaves a wife, three single daughters, and one married son. Deceased came to Suffolk from Holy Neck district more than ten years ago. He was a member of Holy Neck church when he lived in the country and his name still remains there. Rev. N.G. Newman assisted in funeral services, and his remains were interred in the country.
