BOOTHE Suffolk, Aug. 23, Robert D. Boothe, 79, died suddenly this afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. H.P. Johnson, near Suffolk, on the Windsor highway. He had been in ill health for several years. Surviving him are three daughters, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. B.L. Riddick, of Nansemond County; Mrs. C.S. Mick, of Long Beach, Cal.; two sons Henry G. Boothe, of Danville, and Daniel J. Boothe, of Farmville; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; a sister, Mrs. Carr Mathews, of Portsmouth. The body was taken to the funeral home of I.O. Hill and company. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. His wife's stone is also wrong. (JONES) BOOTHE, are buried in a BOOTHE family cemetery, Nurneysville.
