Butler, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the residence on Broad Street, with Dr. W.W. Staley officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Butler was one of Suffolk's most prominent women, and was a native of King and Queen county, a daughter of the late Dyalle [sic; Diale*] Williams, and Mrs. Sarah Jane Hart Williams. Her girlhood days were spent in Chesterfield county. She has been a resident of Suffolk since the Civil War. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Emily J. Crocker of this city and Mrs. George H. Ballance of Portsmouth, and two sons, Harvey M. and Frank E. Butler, both of this city. Her grandchildren will act as pallbearers.
