James W. Bailey was son of Rev. James B. Bailey and Mrs. Margaret Bailey of N.C. and had lived in Suffolk for past 45 years. He was active member of Order of Railroad Conductors. He died November 21, 1944 at age 87. Survivors are one brother, Henry, of Savannah, Ga. and a nephew, Ben Bailey, of Florence, S.C. Capt.
