D. Francis Bowles Buried Here Today 

  Funeral services for Davis Francis Bowles were conducted today at 2:30 p.m. 
at the Baker Funeral Home by the Rev. J.H. Mashburn, pastor of the Suffolk 
Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. 

  Mr. Bowles, a 70-year-old Franklin man and former resident of Suffolk, died 
Sunday at 7:55 p.m. at a Williamsburg hospital.

b. 3 Mar 1882, Southampton Co., d. 6 Apr 1958, Williamsburg, 
interred in Cedar Hill Cemetery (Block S, Lot 14*), Suffolk, 9 Apr 1958,
