Death of Mrs. Jane Milson Jones - Mr. Frank Arthur Dead. 
        Special to The Landmark. 

  Suffolk, Va., February 25 - [...]  

  The funeral of Mr. Jesse Ballard, aged 85 years, who died yesterday morning 
at the residence of his daughter's husband, Mr. Benjamin Smith, on Riddick 
Street, took place to-day at the house, and the remains were interred in Cedar 
Hill cemetery. 


Jesse BALLARD, retired farmer, Confederate veteran, 
b. Aug 1819, VA, d. 24 Feb 1902, at home, Suffolk, 
interred in Cedar Hill Cemetery*, Suffolk, 25 Feb 1902,
