Suffolk, Va., February 25 - [...] The funeral of Mr. Jesse Ballard, aged 85 years, who died yesterday morning at the residence of his daughter's husband, Mr. Benjamin Smith, on Riddick Street, took place to-day at the house, and the remains were interred in Cedar Hill cemetery.
