ALMA BAINES SUFFOLK, Feb. 4 - Funeral services for Mrs. Alma G. Baines, of the Nansemond Ordnance Depot, were held at 3:30 p.m. yesterday at the Hill Funeral Home. Rev. Carter Ranson, of the West Haven Baptist Church, and Rev. R.E. Brittle officiated. Mrs. J.C. Philips and Mrs. G.D. Hubbard, accompanied by Mrs. Julian Goodwin, sang, "Life's Railway to Heaven," "No Disappointment In Heaven" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." The pall was of pink carnations, lilies and gladioli. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers were R.C. Turman, John Hodges, C.E. Hundley, C.W. Harris, A.L. Norfleet and L.C. Burden.
