LLOYD McKINLEY BAINES

   HENDERSON, N.C. --  Mr. Lloyd McKinley Baines, 87, died Wednesday in 
Henderson. 

   He was a retired farmer. 

   Survivors include a son, James Baines of Henderson; three  brothers, J.P. 
Baines, Worth Baines, and Horatio Baines, all of Suffolk; four grandchildren; 
and two great-grandchildren. 

   A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sept. 2 in Cedar Hill 
Cemetery by Rev. Charles W. Thompson.  Hill Funeral Home is in charge of the 
arrangements.
