MAUDE EMILY BAGLEY BAINES

Mrs. Maude B. Baines

   SUFFOLK -- Mrs. Maude Emily Bagley Baines, 61, of Route 1 died Monday at 3 
a.m. in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. 

   A native of Suffolk, she was a member of Southside Baptist Church.  She was 
the wife of Lloyd M. Baines and a daughter of James E. Bagley of Ashville, N.C., 
and the late Mrs. Ava Beamon Bagley.

   Besides her husband and father, surviving are two sons, L. Belmont Baines of 
Salisbury, N.C., and James L. Baines of Henderson, N.C.; a brother, Frank 
Willard Bagley of Asheville; and four grandchildren.

   A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in I. O. Hill & Co. 
Funeral Home by the Rev. James F. Burks.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
