All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ Bradshaw Funeral Held Yesterday SUFFOLK, Sept. 10. - Last rites for Mrs. Emmaline Webb Bradshaw were conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Western Branch Baptist Church by Rev. W.V. Carroll and Rev. R.E. Brittle. The church choir, accompanied by Miss Nellie Mae Neltns, sang, "Sweet Bye and Bye" and "Meet Me There." Miss Mildred Rountree and Edward H. Rountree sang a duet, "When they Ring the Golden Bells." The casket was covered with a pall of lavender asters, white carnations, pink roses and lilies. Active pallbearers were John Bradshaw, Thomas Bradshaw, Clarke Savage, Edgar Savage, Clyde Johnson, Earl Johnson. Friends of the family served as honorary pallbearers and burial was in the church cemetery. Katherine Emmaline (WEBB; Mrs. George P.)
