Funeral Home by Dr. H.S. Hardcastle. Burial with Masonic rites was in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were J. Leonard Byrd, E.B. Alberts, Milton Heffington, Wood Thomas Harrell, Don C. Pinner, J. Herbert Crocker, C.W. Darden Jr. and Henry G. Bradshaw. Bradshaw, 74, of 523 W. Washington St., died Friday at 5:13 p.m. in a hospital. A native of Southampton County, he was a son of Marcus D. and Mrs. Ann Cobb Bradshaw and the husband of Mrs. Beulah Johnson Bradshaw. He was a member of Suffolk Christian Church and Baraca Sunday School Class. He was a member of Suffolk Masonic Lodge 340, Mt. Nebo Royal Arch Chapter 20, Portsmouth Commandery 5, and Khedive Shrine Temple. He was an Army veteran of World War I, a past commander of Legion Post 57 and a member of Barracks 1045. Besides his wife, he survived by two daughters, Mrs. Grace Parr and Mrs. Robert P. Worrell of Suffolk; a sister, Mrs. Wilborn Darden of Nansemond County; a half-sister, Mrs. Frank Conklin of Norfolk; a half -brother, Marvin Bradshaw of Norfolk; his stepmother, Mrs. Ira Bradshaw of Norfolk; four grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
