Byrum, died at a local hospital last night after an illness of two weeks. In addition to her parents she is survived by her great grandmother, Mrs. Abram Brinkley; three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Parker, and Mrs. Annie Byrum, and a sister, Barbara Ann Byrum, all of near Cypress Chapel. The body was taken to the funeral home of I.O. Hill & Company, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. R.E. Brittle and the Rev. B.A. Mitchell. Burial will be in the Cypress cemetery. ****************************************************************************** Edith Louise Byrum Funeral services for three-year-old Edith Louisa Byrum were conducted yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the funeral home of I.O. Hill & Company, by the Rev. R.E. Brittle. Mrs. A.E. Byrum, Miss Odell Byrum and Rev. R.E. Brittle accompanied by Miss Mary Jones, sang "Sometime We'll Understand," "When He Cometh" and "Safe In The Arms Of Jesus." A pall of pink rosebuds, and white pompom dahlias covered the casket. Active pallbearers: Herbert Stone, Ernest Johnson, Ray Willis, Sully Culpepper, Don Jordan, Buddy Bradshaw, James W. Wilkins and Ralph Brinkley. Honorary pallbearers were twelve little girls. Interment was in the Cypress Chapel cemetery.
