Brinkley, formerly of this city, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A.E. Wright, 93 Harrington avenue, Norfolk, this morning at 6:10 o'clock after a short illness. Besides her daughter, she is survived by two sons, Dr. Arthur S. Brinkley, of Richmond, Va., Henry W. Brinkley, of Petersburg, Va. Three grandchildren and one sister, Miss Eddie Bond, of Trotville, N.C. The funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock at the Ghent M.E. Church, of which she was a member, conducted by Rev. Roscoe S. White, assisted by Rev. F.B. Oglesby, of Oceana, Va., and Rev. G.F. Greene, of Richmond, Va. Interment will be made in Cedar Hill cemetery.
