      BABY BRINKLEY DEAD. 

                     Suffolk Bureau. 

  Suffolk, Va., June 11. - Bruce, the 5-months-old son of Police Chief and 
Mrs. W.E. Brinkley, died this evening at the home of its parents on 
Washington street.  The child had been sick only a short time.

  The funeral of Bruce, the 5-months-old infant of Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Brinkley, 
was conducted this afternoon from the residence.
