CLEVELAND GROVER BRINKLEY, JR. 

  A funeral service for Cleveland Grover Brinkley, Jr., who died Saturday in 
Newport News, was conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral 
Home by Dr. R.E. Brittle.  Burial was in Cypress Chapel Christian Church 
cemetery.

  Pallbearers were Earl Rountree, Steve King, Charlie Brinkley, Cliff Outlaw, 
Freddie Heffington, Jack Howell, Tom Howell, Lewis Gray and Johnny Wilson.

Deans native, d. 15 Dec 1979, Newport News, age 65,
