Mrs. Julia Brinkley Buried in Cedar Hill 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Whitehurst Brinkley were conducted at the 
R.W. Baker and Company Funeral Home yesterday at 2 p.m. by Dr. H.S. 
Hardcastle, pastor of the Berea Christian Church. 

  The pall was white mums.  Active pallbearers were C.G. Wright, J.C. Mathews, 
Sr., J.F. Mathews. Elmer Copeland, J.R. Vick, Henry Walsh, Charles Speight, 
J.F. Williams. 

  Interment was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. 

  Mrs. Brinkley died at her home in Nansemond County on Wednesday.

   WHITEHURST. 

Julia & Jesse m. 24 Nov 1896 in Portsmouth.
