PARKER [sic; PARKE] BRINKLEY DEAD Suffolk, Va., Nov. 24. - L. Parke Brinkley, a well-known farmer and school official of Nansemond county, died last night after an illness of three weeks. His heart was affected. The deceased for many years had been clerk of the school board in Cypress district, and was a painstaking and efficient officer. The funeral service will be conducted from Liberty Spring Christian church on Saturday afternoon.
