Branch, aged 25, whose death occurred here last Thursday at Raiford Hospital, were held from the residence of her sister, Mrs. M.E. Dennis, in Franklin Saturday afternoon at 3:30, conducted by Rev. R.D. Stephenson, assisted by Rev. F.B. Handley of Boykins. Interment was made in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins, the active pallbearers being E.A. Hatch, Jr., Otis Whitley, A.A. Dennis, W.J. Dennis, Herman Tart, J.J. Finley, Jr., Hudson Conwell and Cecil Blythe. Honorary bearers were members of her Sunday school class and intimate friends. Miss Branch was the daughter of S.J. Branch of Boykins and for the past 16 months had made her home here with her sister, Mrs. Dennis. She was a loyal member of the Boykins Baptist Church and since her residence in Franklin she had been a useful member of the Kingdom Builders Class of the Baptist Church here. Besides her father and sister, she is survived by a brother, L. Shelton Branch of Murfreesboro.
