The cause of death has not been determined. The young man came in from work yesterday apparently in normal health and spirits. Later in the evening he complained of sore joints. This morning a physician was called. Large blood clots formed in an unusual manner and his body appeared as if he had undergone a bad beating. A blood transfusion was refused. Growing steadily worse, Bryant died before diagnosis of his illness could be contemplated. The young man is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Quincey [sic; Quincy] T. Bryant, with whom he lived, two sisters, Mrs. Calvin Johnson and Miss Viola Bryant, all of Suffolk; and his grandfather, Walter Joyner, of Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted from the Bryant residence Thursday at 3:30 p.m., by the Rev. Dr. John G. Truitt. Burial will be in Cedar Hill cemetery. ****************************************************************************** JOSEPH BRYANT Funeral services for Joseph Bryant were held Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the residence, 264 Park avenue, conducted by the Rev.
