BRYANT COURTLAND - Mrs. Mamie Munford Drewery Bryant, 76, died Friday at 5:10 p.m. in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, Suffolk, after a short illness. A native of Southampton County, she was the widow of Walter Bryant and a daughter of Charlie and Mrs. Mattie Branch Munford. She lived lately with a nephew, Charlie J. Munford of 200 Hanging Tree Road. She lived in Suffolk 45 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church and its King's Servant Sunday School Class and Woodmen of the World. Surviving are four stepdaughters, Mrs. R.H. Bradshaw of Sedley, Mrs. J.C. Williams and Mrs. R.L. Nicholson of Capron, and Mrs. H.E. Savage of Virginia Beach; and a stepson, Gillette Thomas Bryant Sr. of Courtland. A funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. in I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. K. Donald Berg. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Oscar W. Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. K. Donald Berg. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Luther F. Gray, R.D. Bell, J. Maywood Johnson, M.J.
