Cotten, 72, a resident of Chuckatuck, Va., died early Monday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Walter H. Norfleet, Jr., in Franklin, Va. A funeral service will be held in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, in Chuckatuck, at 11 A.M. Monday. In addition to his daughter, Mr. Cotton is survived by one son, George Frederick Cotton, of Norfolk; one brother, D. Cabell [sic; Corbell] Cotten, of Chuckatuck, and one granddaughter.
