Riverview Drive, died Aug. 11, 1988, in her home. Mrs. Caulk, a native of Suffolk, was the widow of L. Wellons Caulk, Jr. She was a member of of Main Street United Methodist Church and Nansemond River Garden Club. She was a former local chairman for the Association of Preservation of Virginia Antiquities. Survivors include a sister, May B. Wall of San Jose, Calif.; two nieces; and three nephews. The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. David B. Lewis. Memorial donations may be made to the Garden Club of Virginia, 12 E.
