EMELINE ELEY CAMPBELL Suffolk - June 29, Funeral services for Mrs. Emeline Eley Campbell, widow of Dr. Henry Wood Campbell, who died last night as a Norfolk hospital, will be held at Main Street Methodist Church tomorrow at 3 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. J.R. Allen, pastor, and the Rev. H.E. Cromer, a former pastor. Active pallbearers will be W.T. Myrick, Paul Van Valkenburg, Bradford Kilby, Judge James L. McLemore, M,K. Kendirck, Col. R.L. Brewer, S.M. Lawrence, all of Suffolk and W. Frank Robertson, of Norfolk. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The body was brought to Suffolk today and taken to the home on North Main Street, where Dr. Campbell died just a year and three months ago. Mrs. Campbell's children, Seth Campbell, Dr. H. Wood Campbell, Misses Elizabeth and Emily Campbell, and her brother, Henry S. Eley, remained by her bedside all of Thursday. Besides these she is survived by an aged aunt, Miss Lou Riddick, of Suffolk and a number of cousins. Members of the church organizations and of the King's Daughters Circle and the literary organizations to which she held membership will send representatives to the funeral services.
