CLETIA COUNCILL

   Portsmouth - Miss Cletia Councill, 72, of 3305 Dartmouth St. died Sunday in 
a hospital.

   A native of Nansemond County, she was a daughter of Catullis and Mrs. Rosa 
Holland Councill.

   She was a member of West End Methodist Church.

   She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mary Floyd of Portsmouth; a brother, 
Willard Councill of Norfolk; and nieces and nephews.

   A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Oak Grove Cemetery by 
the Rev. Ellis Clark.

   Snellings Funeral Home has charge.
