[Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA. August 13. - Lloyd Duke, the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. David Duke, of Nurney Siding, Va., died last night as the result of burns received from falling into a vessel of boiling water. The accident happened Sunday, and since then the boy had lingered in great agony.
