Samuel Dumville, pastor of Denny Street Methodist Church here, were conducted in Suffolk Thursday at 2:30 p.m. with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Dumville, who was a daughter of the late John O. and Mrs. Mary A. Dumville [sic; Lawrence*], of Suffolk, died at the home of son, B.B. Dumville, in Red Hook, N.Y., Wednesday. Conducting the funeral were the Rev. H.E. Cromer, the Rev. A.N. Lewis and the Rev. W.W. Staley, D.D., all of Suffolk. Pallbearers were: Dr. H.W. Campbell, Lee Britt, Henry Eley, Colonel R. L. Brewer, N.G. Norfleet, W.J. Norfleet and Lemuel Norfleet, H.M. Macleary and H.J. Bowen. Mrs. Dumville is survived by three sons, the Rev. Samuel Dumville, of Richmond, Walter Dumville, of New York and B.B. Dumville, of Red Hook, N.Y.
