Edwards Buried Jan. 17 In Cedar Hill Cem. Mrs. Addie L. Pierce Edwards, 75, of 230 Chestnut Street, Suffolk, died at 5 A.M. January 16, 1960, in the Lane Nursing Home after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Robert E. Pierce and Diana A. Pierce of Isle of Wight County, and the wife of the late Willie Edwards. She was a life member of the Suffolk Christian Church. She is survived by one grandson, James W. West of Smithfield; six nieces, Mrs. A.J. Parr, with whom she made her home in Suffolk; Mrs. A.L. Goodrich of Smithfield; Mrs. A.P. Morgan of Suffolk; Mrs. George Wilson and Mrs. Wilbur Nelms of Windsor; and Mrs. Parke Brinkley of Richmond; five nephews, C.A. Bracey of Windsor; J.H. Bracey and L.R. Bracey of Ivor, L.E. Bracey of Norfolk and Eddie Holland of Smithfield. Funeral services were conducted at 3:30 P.M. Sunday at the I.O. Hill and Company Funeral Home by Dr. George D. Alley, pastor of the Suffolk Christian Church. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Addie L. (PIERCE HARRIS; Mrs. Jas.Wm.
