BRUCE MATTEWS ELEY

   Mrs. Bruce M. Eley of 9806 Lyndonway Drive died Tuesday, January 3, 1978. 
She is survived by her husband L.L. Eley, Jr.; two daughters, Miss Jean M. 
Eley of Norfolk and Mrs. Kaye E. Gwaltney of Virginia Beach; one 
granddaughter, Miss Laura Kaye Gwaltney; three sisters and one brother. 
Mrs. Eley was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.  Remains rest at 
the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Rd.  Funeral services 
will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, Trinity United Methodist Church. 
Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Wesley Chapel Methodist Church, Chuckatuck, 
Va.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer 
Society or Trinity United Methodist Church Memorial Foundation.
