ELLIS' RITES ARE HELD TODAY Service At Hill Funeral Home At 3 P. M.; Burial At Cedar Hill Funeral services for Mrs. Eunice Nelson Ellis, aged 40, who died at 2:40 p.m. yesterday after a long illness at her home, 426 Spring street, will be conducted from the funeral home of I.O. Hill & Co. this afternoon at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Cedar Hill cemetery. The rites will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. H.J. Goodwin, assisted by the Rev. W.W. Anderson. Mrs. Ellis is survived by her husband, J.W. Ellis, and six children, Howard Drew, of Norfolk, Misses Louise and Marie Ellis, John, William and Melvin Ellis, all of Suffolk; four sisters, Mrs. Alma Draper, Mrs. Bessie Davis, Mrs. Rosa Babb and Mrs. Maggie Babb, all of Suffolk, and two brothers, Thomas Nelson and Charles Nelson, both of Suffolk.
