MARY GRANT ELLIS 

        Mrs. Mary G. Ellis 

  Suffolk, Aug. 8 - Burial services for Mrs. Mary Grant Ellis, who died 
Wednesday at Gadsden, Ala., will be conducted tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. in the 
Somerton church cemetery by the Rev. Starke Jett, Jr., and the Rev. J. Sidney 
Cobb.  The body will arrive on the Norfolk and Western train at 5 p.m., and 
will be taken directly to the grave.

MRS. MARY ELLIS 

  Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Grant Ellis, who died Wednesday morning in 
Gadsden, Ala., were held yesterday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock at the Somerton 
Methodist Church Cemetery. 

  The Revs. Starke Jett, Jr., and J. Sidney Cobb officiated.  Pallbearers were 
W.J. Parker, Horace Fowler, Bruce Arthur, John G. Arthur, Ernest Curle, Arthur 
Collins, E. Lloyd Freeman and Thomas White.
